Hola! I’m Gaylie, a spirited soul born in the bustling streets of New York and raised against the backdrop of the stunning beaches of Acapulco, Mexico. My journey has been a tapestry of resilience, triumph, and a passion for empowering others, nothing short of a fascinating adventure.
My early years were painted with the hues of Acapulco, Mexico, where I made my home just in time to kick off my pre-K journey. However, life took an unexpected turn at the tender age of eight when I faced a 24-day ordeal of captivity after being kidnapped in Mexico, an experience that shaped my resilience and fueled my determination to embrace life’s challenges head-on.
Navigating through the diverse landscapes of experience, my professional journey led me to the dynamic realms of Hospitality and Customer Service management. Adept at orchestrating seamless experiences, in
2007 I stumbled upon the world of Life Coaching, and the discovery became a calling. I enrolled in an ICF-approved school, dedicating ten months to intensive study, and emerged as a certified Life Coach, proficient in both individual and group coaching.

Life, for me, is a canvas to be lived from the inside out. I firmly believe in being the architect of your own life, not just the interior designer. This philosophy gained new depth when I faced an aortic aneurysm in 2017, leading to open heart surgery. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2019 and a recent diagnosis of a new autoimmune disease have only strengthened my resolve to live authentically.
My favorite word is ‘BLISS’ a reminder to savor the joy in every moment. Currently, I reside in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, with my loving husband, here, I spend my days working with clients from around the world, sharing my story through public speaking, and basking in the warm embrace of the Caribbean Sea; embracing each day as a new opportunity for growth, connection, and, of course, bliss.
